A day to explore our Hanoi which including: the Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum; the One Pillar Pagoda; the Temple of Literature – known as the country’s first national university; the macabre Hoa Lo Prison. The French built this prison near the turn of the century, with construction completed in 1901. The name Hoa Lo, means "portable earthen stove," and originates from the families who used to live on the land before the French built on it; Vietnam Women’s Museum – which is focused on the contribution of women to Vietnam's history and culture, this museum highlights their roles in Vietnam's many military conflicts as well as in commerce, including features on female street vendors, women's role in the family, and more recently, single mothers in Vietnam. Join the historical orientation cycling hours through the Old Quarter, delving into the nooks and crannies of the city and bringing us to a restored original Old Quarter homes. Overnight in Hanoi.

Leave Hanoi by road for Halong Bay. Enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life. Arrive in Halong and board the traditional sailing junk. Whilst cruising the exquisite waters sample the regions fresh seafood. Visit Luon cave with paddle boat. Enjoy a swim in the emerald waters of Halong Bay at any spot that you wish to visit. go up to the Halong bay View at Titop beach. Watch the sun set over the bay whilst enjoying a delicious dinner. Overnight on boat.

Wake up to fresh coffee espresso famous in Vietnam “Trung Nguyen” and Enjoy the sunrise, a wholesome breakfast before Visit the recently discovered Surprise Grotto with its great views, and on the next island see the yawning mouth of Bo Nau Cave. Continue visit Baitulong bay En route the junk weaves through strange-shaped rock formations that invite comparisons from fighting cocks to dragons and even General de Gaulle’s nose! After another wonderful fresh seafood lunch on Board. Transfer back to Hanoi by road and transfer to hotel on arrival. Arrive Hanoi on 16:30. Check in Hotel and free for your own activities. Overnight in Ha Noi.

Afternoon, visit Imperial Citadel. Once the seat of the Nguyen dynasty, this UNESCO World Heritage Site—modeled on the Forbidden City in Beijing—contains the former Imperial Palace. Tombs, hallways and ornate temples comprise Hue Citadel and highlight Hue’s regal history. Pass through the high stone walls of this royal city and ride to several major landmarks within the complex. Overnight in Hue.

Filled with treasures from Vietnam's royal past – including temples, tombs, palaces and pagodas – Hue is a must-see destination! After meeting your guide upon hotel pickup, begin your small-group sightseeing tour at Dong Ba market – a feast for the senses. Soak up the energetic atmosphere as you explore the lively market, filled with fresh produce and local ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine. Watch everyday life in Hue unfold as your guide introduces you to the local vendors as well as some of the traditional foods.
After sampling some treats, take a short bus ride past rice paddies and small towns in Hue’s magnificent surroundings, and arrive at a village that specializes in making incense. Learn all about this ancient art before continuing on to one of the impressive emperor’s tombs of Tu Duc or Khai Dinh
Next, visit Bao Quoc Pagoda, a sprawling hilltop temple complex founded in 1670 and overlooking the Perfume River. Admire the stunning triple-gated entrance and seven-tiered pagoda before heading to the Tiger Arena. Learn about the brutality of the arena, where duels between elephants and tigers were arranged for the emperor’s entertainment until the turn of the century.
Finally, hop aboard a boat for a relaxing afternoon cruise along the Perfume River, experiencing the enchantment of the meandering river before ending your tour and returning to your hotel in the city center.

Leaving Hue in the morning, we are driving the stunning route via Hai Van Pass (Ocean Cloud Pass) and the wonderfully photogenic fishing village of Lang Co before reaching Danang and then Hoian. En route, visit the beautiful Non Nuoc Beach and the Cham Museum containing the finest collection of Cham sculptures in the world. You will also stop at the sacred hills known as the Marble Mountains, which contain dozens of Buddhist shrines. Arrive Hoian, checking in to your hotel, the remainder of your day is at leisure.

Discover the history and flavors of Vietnam during this walking and cooking tour in Hoi An. Oozing with charm and having largely escaped the destruction of successive wars, Hoi An is lined with streets and architecture that are a delight to explore. After meeting your guide, head straight for Ancient Town, ready to hit its enchanting streets.
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ancient Town is packed with buildings of historical and cultural significance, and boasts a number of streets that are off-limits to cars. Stroll past the many Chinese assembly halls, from the Cantonese Chinese Congregation with its impressive main altar, to the Hainan Chinese Congregation, which serves as a memorial to 107 merchants from Hainan Island who were mistaken for pirates and killed during the reign of Emperor Tu Duc. Stop by the Japanese Covered Bridge, which was constructed in the 1590s by the town’s Japanese community to link them with the Chinese quarters across the stream.
At the end of the walking tour, head to a family-run restaurant for your Vietnamese cooking class. The chef will run through the range of delicious dishes that you will prepare, and then it’s time to hit the local market to stock up on all the fresh produce needed to create the feast. Learn how to choose the best supplies and discover some of the less-familiar ingredients before heading back to the restaurant, ready to cook. Your experience ends as you sit down to feast on the delicious dishes you’ve created.

Breakfast and free at leisure till the flight to Saigon. Pick up and transfer to hotel for check in.

Leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City behind, take a 1.5-hour journey west towards the Cambodian border bound for the Cu Chi Tunnels. The Cu Chi tunnels were built by local fighters during the Indochina conflict as a base from which the Viet Cong could operate from close to the Southern Vietnamese capital. Initial construction started in 1948 when the Viet Minh required somewhere to hide from French air attacks and by 1965, the Cu Chi tunnel complex was estimated to consist of 200km's of tunnels. It included, hospitals, schools, meeting rooms, kitchens and sleeping quarters. Life was difficult for the inhabitants and to protect against outside intruders bobby traps were laid throughout the complex.
Get back the city after our visit, having lunch at the local restaurant.
Afternoon, we come with the fast paced city with a unique mix of French colonial architecture, Chinese influences, a modern entrepreneurial spirit and numerous temples. On this tour, you will take in the highlights of Ho Chi Minh starting with an exploration of Saigon's turbulent past with visits to the Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum. The tour continues to Ho Chi Minh's finest examples of French colonial architecture with a visit to the Notre Dame cathedral and Post Office. Tour concludes at the Ben Thanh market, practice your bargaining skills.

Travel to the city of My Tho, a 2.5 hour journey, by air-conditioned van. A former naval base, My Tho is now a bustling port city in the Mekong Delta. The area is the final destination of the Mekong River which winds its way from Tibet, China, Burma, Laos, Cambodia and finally Vietnam. An incredibly fertile region its prime industry is food production, producing approximately half of Vietnam's total agricultural output. Life for villagers in the area revolves around the rivers and canals that make up the delta, people are more likely to transport by river than by road.
Upon arrival into My Tho you'll board a private boat for a cruise on the Mekong River. On the boat ride your local guide will take you to visit an island with lush tropical gardens where you'll have a chance to sample tropical fruit. You'll continue to another island in the Mekong Delta, you'll learn more about another cottage industry, coconut candy. Your local guide will take you to a coconut candy factory and explain the process of making this sweet. You'll have a chance to visit local villages in the area and learn more about the traditional lifestyles, culture and customs of people who call the Delta their home. Continue by Xe Loi (motorized cart) to a bee farm where you'll transfer to a smaller rowing boat allowing you to get deeper into the smaller canals of the Delta.
Sample the local Mekong cuisine at the Diem Phuong Restaurant where lunch is served. After lunch you'll return to My Tho for the journey back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Breakfast at hotel. Depart saigon for the morning flight to siemreap. Arrive at Siem Reap airport and transfer to hotel then.
Visit the antique capital of Angkor Thom: the south gate, the bayon with 54 towers, each carved with four faces of the compassionate Boddhisattva, the nearby temple-mountain of Baphuon, the royal enclosure with the Phimeanakas temple, the elephants terrace and the terrace of the leper king.
Our next is visit Angkor Wat dedicated to the hindu god vishnu. This huge temple-mountain, built by king Suryavarman II, is considered as the masterpiece of Khmer architecture and art. Sunset from Phnom Bakeng hill, offering an outstanding view over angkor. Overnight in Siemreap.

Breakfast at hotel . Visit the famous temple of Bantey Srey “the Citadel of Women”. This small pink sandstone temple is considered as the crown jewel of classical Khmer art with the delicate beauty of its carvings. Continue to Bantey Samre, which has been admirably restored.
Continue to visit the twin temples of Thommanon and Chau Say Tevoda (early 12th century), the unfinished temple-mountain of Ta Keo, the Srah Srang holy pond, Bantey Kdei and then the scenic TaProhm monastery, left to the devouring jungle. Overnight in SiemReap.

After breakfast depart Siem Reap for the Tonlé Sap, driving down the eastern side of the lake. Arrive at Kampong Klaing, a remarkable village built entirely on stilts, where there is time to explore the various houses, school and shops before boarding your private boat. Cruise along a short tributary, passing fishermen and children playing in the shallow waters before arriving at a typical floating village where you may either disembark or cruise amongst the waterways.
At the head of the tributary you will continue out on to the ‘Great Lake’ and continue travelling north to Kampong Phluk; a ‘flooded forest’. Accessible only during high water, you’ll pass through the tree tops whilst seated in your boat. Nearby is a fishing village where you can also learn more about the traditional methods used for generations. Returning to the mainland, meet your driver and return to Siem Reap for departure flight to another destination.
